Tuition Payment Preference Form  (must be completed by all families)

Tuition is payable by one of the following options:

1)  in full by June 1, 2013 entitling you to a $200.00 discount (applies to cash/check payments only)

2)  monthly payments through FACTS automatic monthly deductions budgeted over eleven (11) months beginning June 2013 through April 2014.  Click here to Create a FACTS Account.
