June 1, 2010	Tuition paid-in-full due to Tuition Office
June 5 or 20, 2010	Monthly tuition payment deductions begin
June 15, 2010	Students encouraged to attend the Math Enrichment Program will be notified.
June 21, 2010	Registration forms & payment for Math Enrichment Program due to Mrs. Power's office
July 1, 2010	Students will be notified of placement in courses.   All final transcripts need to be received.  ·        Those students who are taking the integrated algebra and/or earth science regents will not be notified of placement until after Albertus receives the regents results.  It is imperative that parents follow up with schools to forward results.
July 13-29, 2010	Math Enrichment Program (3 weeks - Tues, Wed, Thurs)
August 1, 2010	Sports physical form due (**) If student athlete is not due for a physical until after this date, be sure to have the student take the school physical on Wednesday, May19th.  This will insure clearance in time for fall sports.
August 20, 2010	Football starts - 8:00 a.m. Athletes must have submitted all sports physical information and received clearance from the nurse's office in order to participate.
August 23, 2010	All fall sports start - 8:00 a.m. Athletes must have submitted all sports physical information and received clearance from the nurse's office in order to participate.
September 2, 2010	Freshman Orientation   8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Cafeteria
September 8, 2010	First Day of School Full school uniform required
October 1, 2010	All dental forms due to the nurse's office

 

    (*)  Students without immunizations are not permitted to attend Albertus Magnus H.S.

   (**) You must use the sports physical form provided (yellow form)  - no substitutes.
