Admissions Checklist

List of 7 items.

  • Application

    Complete Online Admissions Application due December 1st.  (required)
  • Transcripts

    Submit Transcripts for 6th and 7th grade and first quarter 8th grade by December 1st. Use the Ninth Grade Applicant Record.  (required)
  • Teacher Recommendations

    Submit Teacher Recommendation Forms by December 1st. Links to forms can be found on the student checklist. (highly recommended)
  • 1:1 fAMily Visits

    Register to attend your 1:1 Family Visit – 30-minute visit with Admissions Office and tour of the building.  (highly recommended)
  • Discovery Days

    30-minute ZOOM sessions allowing families to learn more about their areas of interest. Register here to schedule your appointment.  (highly recommended)
  • Scholarship Exam

    ALL candidates that submit the Albertus Magnus online application and the Ninth Grade Applicant Record by December 1, 2020 can register to take our scholarship exam on Saturday, December 12th at 8:30 am.  (recommended)
  • Financial Aid

    For those families who demonstrate financial need. Complete the online financial aid application along with submission of 2019 Federal Tax Return by December 16th.  Financial Aid awards will be mailed to new families with enrollment packet in February.
Decisions mailed on January 14, 2021 and emailed on January 15, 2021.
