It is hard to say goodbye to something when you feel you like you were not finished. There were so many things you were looking forward to with your friends, accomplishments you were hoping to achieve, goals yet to be met, and then suddenly it was all taken from you. This is the lesson of the Quarantine. Live your life everyday! Do not procrastinate. Make time for people you love and activities that make you happy. Get outside and be active, make good choices and stay safe. Remember how much you missed your friends, your school and activities and use that to fuel yourself to be more focused and determined in al that awaits you in the future!
Class of 2020 you will go down in HISTORY!
Ms. Lorraine Boccardi
In these times of uncertainties, I want to commend the Class of 2020 for all their hard work during the School year. As the end of senior year may have not turned out as you expected your new chapter is about to unfold into an incredible journey. Keep shining, Hold on to all memories made throughout your 4 years and remember you always have a family in AM! Congratulations and God bless you all!
Ms. Vita Bosco
Dear Class of 2020,

As a graduating senior myself, I know the disappointment the end of the year has brought. I know you were looking forward to smiling at your mom, dad, siblings and grandparents, who have watched you grow and accomplish many things, as you walked across that stage. The truth is they are still proud, and they will still smile! I only know a small percentage of you, since my time at Albertus has been short, but I have learned many things from you, and I'm so incredibly proud of how quickly you have adapted to a difficult situation!

A special shout out to my students in Linear Algebra! Thank you for making my first teaching experience one I will never forget! You are all amazing and I can't wait to hear all about your success in the future!

Congratulations Class of 2020, you have definitely made your mark!

Good luck with everything!

Miss. Bosco

As an Alum to see how hard you worked this past semester has been incredible. You might not had all the traditional senior memories, but you did come together as a fAMily2020 to finish up strong.

The class of 2020 will be remember forever. You will always be a special kind of a fAMily and look back at all the wonderful experiences you had as a Falcon. Your college friends will never understand how unique Albertus Magnus HS and the alumni community is always there for you no matter what.
Twenty-five years later I am still amazed how Albertus Magnus fAMily continues to grow with new traditions and never leaves anyone out.
Good luck on your next journey in your life. Remember once a Falcon always a Falcon. You will be able to rekindle friendships anytime here as an Alum.

Congratulations to the Class of 2020 and my niece Deanna Arvanites. You may not feel this way right now, but you are a very special, lucky class. As the years pass and you go on your way and you meet people, always let them know you were part of the Class of 2020. All of us will always have a special place in our hearts for your class. We know you've been dealt an incredible blow and will not have the memories of walking and receiving your diploma which most of us have, but that makes you different and special. Use this moment, be different, always stand out and don't make this about what you did not have, but make this about what you will have the rest of your lives. There will always be people rooting a little harder for you and doing what they can to help you along your way because you are special. Congratulations and may 2020 be the beginning of a wonderful life!

Mr. John McNiff '75
Congratulations and much success wished upon the AM Class of 2020. There are many ways to describe success but I think Emerson put it best "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch Or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!”
Ms. Jada Melendez '22
I hope you succeed and accomplish everything you put your mind to. Have a good time in college and enjoy adulthood!
Mrs. Mieczyslawa Mendelson
Behind you all your memories; Before you all your dreams; Around you all who love you; Within you all you need.

Albertus Magnus High School
Class of 2020
From the moment you entered your senior year,
Plans for Graduation Day filled the school air.
No one could have imagined back in September,
That this celebration would be historical, for all to remember.
As members of the Class of 2020 you have been chosen through a divine plan, to lead and pave the way for this brave new land.
Your diploma will serve as your torch to claim your future, and to take you on a journey where you are the producer.
Always keep in your heart your family and friends you love, including those special teachers who have played a vital part.
In the midst of this global pandemic, you pressed on and completed your academics. Now you are ready to move on to new and exciting places, with the hopes to learn, grow and find a few friendly faces. When you go out into the world and meet the challenges of life, do not leave behind the belt of truth nor your shield of faith, for these heavenly tools will strengthen you and keep you from strife. As the Class of 2020 you have been named the “Class with a Vision” for peace with a heart of compassion. Be the beacon of light that spreads love and kindness in the reflection of God’s likeness. Never lose sight of your dreams, make wise decisions and always find joy in all of your circumstances no matter how it may seem.
Congratulations to the remarkable Albertus Class of 2020, we are so proud of you! Best Wishes!
With Love,
The Roche fAMily
Ms. Angelica Sandoval '21
2020 was a year many students expected to graduate wearing their cap and gown to receive their diplomas and honors for their achievements in front of their family and friends. Unfortunately this pandemic made it difficult and crushed the dreams many had hoped for. Your celebration might be cancelled but your determination to keep going on and succeed will never be cancelled. Congrats on graduating!
Mrs. Sonali Santiago-Borges
My Dearest Class of 2020:

What a joy and privilege it has been watching you learn, grow, laugh, cry and excel in the last four years.

Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

Be BRILLIANT, RESILIENT, PHENOMENAL, and AMAZING without apology! Having said that, never forget to be humble and kind.

"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven." Matthew 5:16

Remember that you can achieve anything no matter how difficult your situation may be. "Packing up the dreams God planted
In the fertile soil of you
Can't believe the hope he's granted
Means a chapter in your life is through
But we will keep you close as always
It won't even see you've gone
And friends are friends forever
If the Lord's the Lord of them
And a friend will not say "Never"
