Hello to everyone. We hope you and your family are well. We want to communicate with the members of our Albertus family that while the campus is closed Albertus is very much still open for business. We had a very successful conclusion to the 3rd Quarter and immediate start to the 4th Quarter with no lapse in academics. Although the matter of “getting back to normal and getting back to school” is still up in the air, our amazing faculty and staff continue to administer our academics and guidance through our Distance Learning Program.
As things evolve, we continue to update our AM fAMily During the Corona Virus page. Our goal is to keep you up to date on the things you need to know about the Corona Virus and how Albertus is moving forward during this unprecedented crisis. The page will continue as a work in progress and will be updated daily as we gather more information and resources.
The following are a variety of topics with links to pages within our website and OnCampus systems. Now more than ever we need to have Faith that we will persevere and prevail. Our Weekly Prayer will lead you to videos created by the students involved in Campus Ministry. Our Distance Learning Page includes Student Expectations and the most recent Communication from the Principal and Communication from the Assistant Principal. Athletics will have all updates communicated by Tim Gavan, Athletic Director, Be sure to check out our Senior Athlete Spotlights. Admissions will have all updates communicated by Noreen Power, Director of Admissions. In addition to the updates from Una Miller, Director of Development and Alumni Affairs, on the Falcons for Falcons page you will find a list of First Responders and Essential Workers, Letters to the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill, and a list of our fAMily Businesses. The Guidance from Guidance Page will address topics for all students and their families especially in relation to SAT and AP Exams, college essay writing, and how to stay healthy in mind and spirit. Last, but not least, the FAQ PAGE will be updated as questions arise.
Albertus fAMilies and the community beyond continue to be in our thoughts and prayers as we continue on through this difficulty time. No matter what the future holds we will stay true to our Falcon Faith and we will remain Falcon Strong!
