AM Parent Association

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

The AM Parent Association is a vital part of the AM Community. The Association Officers and Chairpersons partner with the school administration to build the vital, thriving student and parent community we have at AM. Our current AMPA Executive Board who will continue to serve our community during the 2023-2024 school year are:

-- Brian Metcalf '87 and parent of '19, '22, '23 and '25 - AMHS Officer

-- Jen Bricker, parent of '20, '22 and '24 - Chair Pocketbook Bingo

Mary Kate O'Callaghan, parent '21, '23 and '26 will be stepping down at the end of this year.

We are grateful for all their many years of leadership and support of the AM school community, and we are looking forward to continuing the work of the AMPA in supporting the mission of Albertus. 

Last year, we updated and shared the AMPA By-Laws and developed a parent page to increase communications with the AM parents and guardians. As part of our ongoing efforts to involve members of the parent community in the activities of the AMPA, we are asking you to consider becoming an Officer of the Association, a class rep or a co-chair of an AMPA committee. 

The objectives of the Parents’ Association are to:
A. Promote a strong sense of community in partnership with the school and facilitate communication, cooperation and involvement throughout the school community.
B. To assist in enhancing the quality of education and programs offered to students through fundraising efforts. 
C. To assist in keeping the cost of tuition affordable through parental involvement and fundraising.
