    Holy Thursday

And going a little further, he threw himself on the ground and prayed,
“My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet not what I want but what you want.”           -Matthew 26:39

Dear Lord, keep me strong through all my trials. As you trusted in God in your darkest hour, help me to never forget my trust that God is watching over and caring for me. AMEN

    Good Friday

When Jesus had received the wine, he said,
    “It is finished.”
Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.  -John 19:30

Loving God help me to always be grateful for all Jesus gave to give my soul Eternal Life.
By reflecting on this greatest of gifts, may I develop an attitude of gratefulness for all I have and a willingness to share all that I can with others. AMEN

**As we cannot attend our parish Good Friday services, may I suggest taking time today to reflect on Jesus’ journey to Calvary through the eyes of his mother, Mary. An inspiring video can be found by CLICKING HERE.

    Holy Saturday

Then Joseph bought a linen cloth, and taking down the body, wrapped it in the linen cloth, and laid it in a tomb that had been hewn out of the rock. He then rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.  – Mark 15:46

God of Longing, your followers knew not what lie ahead, and so they stayed and prayed together.  In this time of uncertainty, let me be reminded that we are people of hope because we know that your journey  did not end on the cross but rather you overcame the darkness of the tomb to restore the light of your Love into the world. AMEN

    Easter Sunday

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary, the mother of James and Salome brought spices so that they might go and anoint him.  They were saying to one another, “Who will roll back the stone for us from the entrance of the tomb?”  When they looked up, the stone had been rolled back; it was very large.  On entering a young man was sitting on the right side, clothed in a white robe, and they were amazed. He said to them, “You seek Jesus of Nazareth, the crucified. He has been raised; he is not here.  Behold the place where they laid him.  But go and tell his disciples.”           – Mark 16: 1-3-7

Wonderous God, source of Alleluia moments in our lives, thank you for the sending your Son to earth to share in our humanity and show us how to share your Divine Love with others.  Help us to recognize those Alleluia moments in our lives, whether great or small, in times of darkness and light, knowing that you are present in all people and creation that we experience each day. May we always Praise your Name, be Blessing to each other, and Preach your Word through our lives. AMEN

    Transportation Form extension

SPECIAL NOTE: the deadline for parent requests for transportation to religious and independent schools (as well as charters) has been effectively extended until April 15.   Due to the interaction with public school district budget calendars, we do not anticipate further extensions.  This includes transportation for seniors regardless of whether they drive or not AND any students who use another means of transportation. The "student bus count" is use by districts to indicate the number of textbooks we get from them. Please make sure you submit a bus form ASAP.
    Thank you!
