Professional Development DayMarch 20, 2023Please bring a copy of the strategic plan with you as you may find it helpful for one of our breakout sessions.We will meet in the Center for Innovation and Learning9:00 – 9:45 Welcome and Opening prayerOverview/update on strategic plan.Review morning activity (profile of a graduate (current) v. Adding in profile of learning for each graduate.9:45 - 10:45 Break into departments to complete Core Competency activity.10:45 - 11:00 Break11:00 - 11:45 Gather as group and look for common themes to develop profile.11:45-12:00 Department gather again to see if there are any adjustments they want to make.12:00 - 12:45 Lunch will be provided12:45- 1:30 Nuts and BoltsNew LAN school training.Role in Marketing and AdvancementEnd of Year eventsCourse Selection- Leadership team meets during breakout sessions to work on calendar for bussing etc.
