Albertus Magnus High School is looking to fill a part-time IT support position. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.
Responsibilities include:
Laptop/Desktop setup and support - primarily OS, software, and connectivity issues.
Creating tickets with vendors for hardware repair. Managing depot shipment/receipt for hardware issues.
Triaging internal support tickets.
Setting up and supporting user accounts (including passwords, permissions, etc.).
Printer and print access support.
Classroom projector and signage monitor support.
Tracking loaner equipment.
Research and testing.
Documenting procedures.
Experience with the following is preferred:
Microsoft 365
Ticketing/case management system
Troubleshooting issues with network connectivity, Windows 10/11 updates, user account management, printers, access and permissions to applications, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Microsoft 365 Admin Center
A/V equipment
