Boys Soccer

Program History
The Albertus Magnus Boys Soccer program is one of the most successful in New York State. We have won multiple League Championships, 6 Section Championships, 3 Regional Championships and in 2006 became the first and still only Rockland County School to win a New York State Championship. We take great pride in our tradition of excellence on the field, but more importantly our players embody the four Dominican Pillars of Prayer, Study, Community, and Service. Academically our teams routinely place in the top of the State Scholar Athlete rankings, including finishing in the top 3 in the state 3 times in recent years. We have also had several athletes named Lohud Scholar Athletes of the Week. We encourage and actively participate in community service projects with our players. One of our favorite projects is participating in Buddy Ball each fall. Our players serve as buddies and work with children with developmental disabilities teaching them the basics of soccer and giving them the opportunity to enjoy the game that we all love
