AM honors American Legion Pearl River Post #329 for Veterans Day
"Today, we gather to honor the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Veterans Day is more than a date on the calendar—it is a solemn reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of those who have defended our nation. From the trenches of World War I to the deserts of the Middle East, our veterans have stood watch over freedom. They have faced danger, endured hardship, and carried the weight of duty with honor. Their service has preserved the liberties we enjoy and the values we hold dear. Today, we say thank you. Thank you for your service. Thank you for your sacrifice. And thank you for your example. On November 6, 2025, the Albertus Magnus High School community honored Veterans with our annual Flag Ceremony. Our Guest of Honor was Mr. Joe Orecchio, Commander American Legion Post #329.
